Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a catalog at this time. Our website is our catalog and an accurate representation of our products.

Minimum Orders:
There is a minimum of 24 for each favor. * Two pack minimum for items that come in sets of 12 each.
* NOTE* Personalized Tags & Label minimums vary by product.

Product Assembly:
Favors arrive packaged separate from the labels, some assembly required (attaching the self-stick labels to the favors).

Pricing Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a computer "glitch" occurs you will be notified by e-mail to offer you a choice to continue with sale modification or cancel.

We ship throughout the USA:
We offer USPS and UPS Ground, 2 Day & 3 Day Service for USA shipments.
We offer shipping throughout the US only via the USPS and UPS. We don't offer International shipping at this time.

We ship FAST!
Most non-personalized or dye orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days. You will be emailed an Automatic Shipment Notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will process the next day.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart.

Shipping Options Also Available:
We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air. Please inquire prior to placing your order.

Return/Refund Policy:
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage, personalized and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color.
*NOTE* Please check & recheck your order before purchasing. We cannot issue a refund because you purchased the wrong color, style, item, etc.

Returning Defective Items:
You must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for return exchange authorization.

Incorrect Orders Received:
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item due to an error on our behalf, we will send a replacement when you return the incorrect order. You must pay for return shipping & we will refund the shipping charges when the error is confirmed by customer service.

Package Tracking/Insurance:
Package tracking or insurance will only be provided if paid for by the customer. We will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages if not purchased.

Confidentiality:
We NEVER sell or share your information with an outside source. EVER!
