Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days after payment. You will be emailed an Automatic Shipment Notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will process the next day.
There is a minimum of 24 for each favor. * Two pack minimum for items that come in sets of 12 each.

We accept all debit and credit cards processed through PayPal. We do not accept checks at this time. Sorry C.O.D. shipments not available.

Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order. Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart.

We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air. Please inquire prior to placing your order.
When normal delivery is required (charges listed below) we will ship UPS ground where available. If UPS ground is not available in your area, we will ship your order Parcel Post. All orders with APO, FPO and PO Box addresses can be shipped only through USPS. These orders will ship Parcel Post.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time usage, personalized, and to keep our prices very low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. With no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color.
*NOTE* Please check & recheck your order before purchasing. We cannot issue a refund because you purchased the wrong color, style, item, etc.
Returning Defective Items:
You must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Items for a return exchange authorization number (REA#). Orders returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Replacement items will be for exact same item, style, color and size.
Incorrect Orders Received:
If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item due to an error on our behalf, we will send a replacement when you return the incorrect order. You must pay for return shipping & we will refund the shipping charges when the error is confirmed by customer service.
Package tracking or insurance will only be provided if paid for by the customer. We will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages if these services are not purchased.
